"The other face of Health Professionals"

The Organizing Committee of the First Virtual Congress of General Practice
and Family Medicine is promoting a virtual painting and sculpture exhibition
on its website, as a parallel initiative during the congress. Open to all
health professionals of the whole world.

resolution up to 2Mb, stating the piece's title, author's name and health
occupation, email for visitors' contacts (optional), country, year of
accomplishment, materials used and authorization of publication (in Word

Each author can send more than one artwork. The exhibition will be online
from its reception and acceptance until the beginning of the Second Virtual
Congress of General Practice and Family Medicine.

We will bring the world together through Art.

Formulary for Authorizing the Publication of a Work of Art  

I hereby grant permission for the use of the submitted artwork image and its exhibition on the webpage of the First Virtual Congress of General Practice and Family Medicine. The artwork is authored by the undersigned who thus waives any rights to claims pertaining to the above mentioned use.
